Terms
Use the service. Don't abuse it. We'll do our best to keep it running. Plain language follows.
1. Service
YallaMachines is a notification service operated by Charwa GmbH (Berlin, Germany). It monitors public European truck and trailer marketplaces and alerts you when new listings match a filter you save in your account. Free of charge during v1.
2. Listings sourced from third parties
YallaMachines does not host listings. We display titles, prices, and metadata scraped from public marketplaces and link out to each source. The accuracy, availability, and legitimacy of any listing is the responsibility of the source marketplace and the dealer publishing it. You contact dealers on the source marketplace, not through YallaMachines, and the source marketplace's own terms of service apply to that contact.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or resell the YallaMachines feed.
- Use YallaMachines to send unsolicited communications to dealers.
- Circumvent the rate limits, sign-in flow, or any technical measures.
- Use YallaMachines for any purpose forbidden by the source marketplaces' own terms when contacting their dealers.
4. No warranty
Provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy or quality of any listing.
5. Uptime & cadence
99% target. We bundle pushes hourly and email a daily summary at 08:00 your time. Best-effort delivery — no guarantees that every matching listing reaches you, that notifications arrive within a specific time, or that the service is available without interruption.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charwa GmbH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of YallaMachines. Aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at €100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.
7. Account suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or abuse the service. We'll notify you by email when feasible. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account; see Privacy for retention.
8. Changes
Material changes to these terms are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use YallaMachines after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
Governed by the laws of Germany. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
